Partial and Full Dental Implants
If you’re missing some or all of your permanent teeth, dental implants can not only restore your smile and confidence but improve your overall quality of life.
Dental implants are easy to care for and much longer lasting than traditional dentures due to their design and durable materials. Meticulously trained by the Colorado Surgical Institute, Dr. Shivam and his team at UpCare Dental perform dental implant surgery and provide smile restorations that look just like your natural teeth. Through the use of X-rays and detailed scans, we can craft custom dental implants that match the perfect shape of whichever tooth or row of teeth that we are replacing. Based in Overland Park, KS, our dental office is equipped to meet the needs of patients throughout Lenexa, Overland Park, Leawood, Gardner, Roeland Park, Prairie Village, Mission Hills, Shawnee, KS; Kansas City, MO, and the surrounding communities.
We start by taking digital impressions of your teeth, and then utilize our implant lab in New York to ensure your implants are created using the best dental ceramist and materials.

What Makes UpCare Clinics Different?
Dental implants consist of a fixture, an abutment, and a dental crown. These pieces are placed in the jaw along the area of the missing tooth. Implants organically integrate with the jawbone in a process known as osseointegration, giving the treatment the source of its strength and longevity.
Teeth implants and tooth-colored crowns are the best permanent replacements for missing or damaged teeth. This combination of restorations looks and functions like a natural tooth.

Different Uses for Dental Implants
We perform all forms of dental implant surgery and restoration in our state-of-the-art facility.
Single Tooth Implant
A single dental implant can permanently replace a failing or missing tooth in the front or back of your mouth without damaging adjacent teeth.
Full Arch Dental Implants
Implants can permanently replace multiple missing teeth in any area of the upper or lower jaw with lasting results. A common type of full-arch implant is *All-on-4®, which uses four strategically placed implants to accommodate an entire row of teeth for a complete restoration.
*Nobel Biocare, NobelProcera, NobelGuide and All-on-4 are trademarks of the Nobel Biocare group
Implant Bridges
Implants can firmly secure dental bridges to replace multiple missing teeth, making them feel more stable when you eat, speak, or laugh.
